How It Works
Fill in the contact form and tell me about your repair with as much detail as possible - if you have any design ideas or technique preferences, now is the time to let me know. If you’re not sure on what technique you want or would work best - that’s totally fine. I can advise you of the best fit for you.
Once you’ve submitted the form I’ll get in touch with a quote and let you know what options are best to mend your garment. We can also discuss any design options at this stage!
I might ask you to send a photo of your repair over Whatsapp or email to make sure we’re both on the same page.
You’ll be sent a link to pay a deposit of £10.00 to secure your booking and details about how to post your garment to me.
Repairs turnaround is currently at three to four weeks but this is dependent on the size of the repair and material sourcing needed to complete it.
Need it in a rush? We can discuss a quicker turn around but this will incur an extra charge.
Once I’ve mended your garment, you’ll receive an invoice for the outstanding amount (minus deposit) and your newly repaired garment will be posted back to you.
Please note that return postage is to be covered by you and will be on your final invoice which needs to be paid within 10 days.
