book your reimagine

Fill in the contact form and tell me about your Reimagine project with as much detail as possible - if you have any design ideas or preferences, now is the time to let me know! If you’re not sure on what service is the best fit - that’s totally fine. I can advise you which would work well for you.

Once you’ve submitted the form I’ll get in touch with a quote and a design pack which will include sketches and/or inspiration images where appropriate.

I will also ask you to send a photo of your garment over Whatsapp or email to make sure we’re both on the same page and sign off the design. 

You’ll be sent a link to pay a deposit  (amount dependent on project quote) to secure your booking and details about how to post your garment to me. 

Reimagine turnaround is currently at six to nine weeks but this is dependent on the size of the project and material sourcing needed to complete it. 

I will send you a project update around the halfway mark so you know where everything is up to and that your Reimagine project is well underway.

Once I’ve reimagined your piece, you’ll receive an invoice for the outstanding amount (minus deposit) and your newly reimagined piece will be posted back to you.

Please note that return postage is to be covered by you and will be on your final invoice which needs to be paid within 10 days.
