Repairing, Reimagining and Creating your treasured textiles
I’m Ellie…
an artisan stitcher with more than ten years experience in sewing, repairing and upcycling textiles.
My work is grounded in a desire to make clothes last and create treasured pieces that can be handed down for generations.
Whether you’re looking for someone to visibly mend your favourite denim jacket, reimagine (upcycle) that dress that has seen better days or create a brand-new outfit for that summer wedding; I’m your girl!
what’s on offer
Dog ate your clothing…?
Let me repair your holes, tears and stains with a variety of visible mending techniques. This will keep your clothes wearable whilst adding to their story.
Think transformation. Think upcycle. Think anything. The possibilities are endless.
I can breathe new life into that skirt you used to love or recreate that top you love in a different fabric. Maybe you’ve got something sentimental you wish you could treasure more. I can help with it all!
Ever wanted to create your own piece of heirloom textiles? I got you covered.
If looking for something made from scratch, especially for you, this is the place to be. Work with me to design and create the piece you’ve got in your head.
‘Thank you so much for all your hard work, it’s a dress that is now packed full of memories and will hopefully be passed down’
— Joanne
